1) GENERAL:
(i) comiccoverposters.com is an online poster download facility that enables buyers/users to purchase any or all posters
on this site, download it and then print it themselves in sizes indicated elsewhere.
(Please note: We do NOT ship or mail posters; the posters on this site are for download purposes only!)
(ii) All products offered on this website are subject to copyright and no changes, omissions, deletions, alterations or
improvisations of any description or any kind may be made to any of the posters.
(iii) The purchase of any- or all of the posters on this website does not give the purchaser the right to 'mass-produce'
said posters for her or his own account. Traders who wish to sell our posters, must kindly purchase posters individually
from comiccoverposters.com. (Artists have to eat as well - if not as well as most!)
(iv) comiccoverposters.com reserves the right not to make their downloadable posters available in countries that
may have restrictions, of whatever nature, pertaining to the acquisition / possession of such goods.
2) PAYMENT TYPES AND OPTIONS:
(i) ComicCoverPosters.com only uses Setcom.com as its payment gateway. Setcom.com has been operating since
1999
and is currently available in 200 countries.
(ii) The following currencies are accepted: Euro, US Dollar, Pound Sterling and South African Rand. ( RSA residents only.)
(iii) Only credit card payments via the Internet are currently accepted by comiccoverposters.com.
3) RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
(This is the difficult part of a site like this)
(i) ComicCoverPosters.com offers its poster-downloads in good faith to prospective buyers from whom we expect the same
courtesy and mindset.
(ii) As we value you,our client, we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction. Regardless of
unreasonable requests at times, comiccoverposters.com,or its representatives, may, at its sole discretion consider
restitution under the following circumstances:
(a) Where the cardholder provides a written affidavit to prove that a fraudulent transaction had taken place, i.e., her
or his credit card had been used without permission to purchase from comiccoverposters.com.
(Reimbursement, if any, shall not occur within 14days from receipt of affidavit.)
(b) If the poster downloaded by the cardholder, or his/her proxy, differs widely from the enlarged 'thumb-nail'
on the website. (Should this occur, please contact the webmaster on email: info@nu-breeze.com )
(iii) Please note: The following are some of the factors (mostly beyond our control) that will NOT be considered by us
as just cause for restitution:
(a) Where the actual colors of the poster(s) differ from the sample(s) on the website.( normally due to varying
screen-color calibrations etc.)
(b) Where poster-margins necessitate trimming, after printing.
(c) Where 'banding', ink-starvation, paper-jams etc., occur. (check your printer and retry / re-print.)
(d) Where there is a (design-) flaw on the poster.(spelling mistakes could also occur!)
(e) Where your computer / printer is not compatible in any way to handle the file.
(our files are standard 24bit PNG image files)
(f) Where lines appear slightly jagged. Our images are all saved at 300 dpi. To enable faster download & smaller
files, comiccoverposters.com used their discretion to find a happy medium between speed vs. quality.
This is never easy.
(iv) Where we deem the request reasonable, (e.g. a broken link etc.) we will not make a monetary reimbursement, but we
may replace (the same) poster(s) electronically. Please contact webmaster@comiccoverposters.com
(v) Whereas we do not wish to discard any claim lightly, we are not bound to enter into any correspondence.
In the event that ANY of our customers experience a technical problem, we want to know about it and solve it! Please contact webmaster@comiccoverposters.com for all technical problems or broken links.
Above all, we want you to enjoy your visit to comiccoverposters.com, (even if you buy nothing!)
3) SETTLEMENT, FULFILLMENTS AND DELIVERY POLICY:
 Posters are downloaded via a link to be provided and will not be emailed.
Posters are downloaded from the Internet on receiving confirmed payment for goods from the buyer, 24hrs per day.
(i)
ComicCoverPosters.com will not enable the download until payment has been received in full for the purchase order.
4) TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESENDING GOODS:
ComicCoverPosters.com will allow ONE additional download of the purchased poster where:
(i)
user experienced a problem whilst downloading the original purchased poster;
(ii)
ComicCoverPosters.com is committed to quality products and offers the posters in good faith.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt
and receive a free replacement.

5) SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION (CUSTOMER DATA PRIVACY POLICY):
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized
access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that
ComicCoverPosters.com suffers any damage or loss.
(i) The user accepts that ComicCoverPosters.com will take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of
the ComicCoverPosters.com site and back-office applications.
(ii) www.ComicCoverPosters.com and its employees and agents accept no responsibility whatsoever for any damages

Downloading will be enabled only when payment is authorized.
Note: To protect it's own and the interests of it's customers, ComicCoverPosters.com scrutinizes all
transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if ComicCoverPosters.com
is not 100% satisfied with it's legitimacy.
(iii)
No bank deposits are accepted.
9) CHANGES TO AGREEMENT:
ComicCoverPosters.com may, in its sole discretion, modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification
shall be effective upon posting by ComicCoverPosters.com on the ComicCoverPosters Website. You agree to be bound
to any changes to this Agreement when you use these facilities after any such modification is posted.
It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes to
this agreement or any part thereof that may occur without notice.
10) DISCLAIMERS:
ComicCoverPosters.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,
computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to
technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the ComicCoverPosters Services or combination
thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation
or downloading materials in connection with the ComicCoverPosters Services.
Under no circumstances shall ComicCoverPosters.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or
death, resulting from use of the ComicCoverPosters Services, or through the ComicCoverPosters Services, or from the

LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES
BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO COMICCOVERPOSTERS.COM FOR THE COMICCOVERPOSTERS SERVICES
DURING YOUR PURCHASE AT THAT TIME.
12) INDEMNITY:
You agree to indemnify and hold ComicCoverPosters.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers,
agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the ComicCoverPosters Services in violation of this
Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set
forth above and/or through the ComicCoverPosters Services causes ComicCoverPosters.com to be liable to another.
13) DISPUTES:
The user further agrees that in the event of a dispute with or involving comiccoverposters.com or its associates or
employees, the laws of the Republic of South Africa shall govern in such a dispute and furthermore that the venue for
such a dispute or arbitration shall be Somerset West, Republic of South Africa or any other venue that may determined
by comiccoverposters.com or, alternatively, its representatives.
Notwithstanding anything else contained in or on our domain or terms and conditions, comiccoverposters.com retains the
right to vary its choice of jurisdiction, venue, and clauses and or nature of terms and conditions or any contents of this
domain without any prior notice to anyone.
IT REMAINS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO ACQUAINT THEMSELVES WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
